Operate and program CNC VMC and HMC machines for precision machining of cast components to tight GD&T tolerances.
Perform UT, MT, PT & RT inspections on steel castings per ASTM/EN standards. Manage inspection reports and customer audits.
Supervise green sand moulding, melting, and pouring operations. Manage daily production targets and ensure EHS compliance.
Create 3D casting models, pattern designs and simulation setups using SolidWorks/AutoCAD. Develop methoding and gating systems.
